At O1NE PERCENT, every order is made on demand specifically for you. Once an order is placed, our production partners begin creating your item before it is shipped.

Delivery Overview

Orders are typically produced within 2–7 business days and delivered within 3–25 business days, depending on the destination country.

During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand, delivery times may be longer. International orders may take up to 45 calendar days to arrive in exceptional circumstances.

Processing Time

All orders require 2–7 business days for production before shipment.

Production begins once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order details unless a free shipping promotion is being offered.

Delays & Maximum Delivery Window

While most orders arrive well within the estimated delivery times above, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High shipping volumes

  • Public holidays

  • Other circumstances outside our control

Please allow up to:

  • 45 calendar days for orders shipped to Australia and the Philippines

  • 35 calendar days for orders shipped to Canada, Hong Kong, and Japan

  • 30 calendar days for orders shipped to France, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States

before contacting us regarding a delayed shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
